Im not so hot on the tactics and trainings side of things but to my mind you need to bring in a few players to bolster the team. In my Hearts game I won the SPL finishing one point ahead of Celtic.
I signed players such as Alex Fernandez, Gabriel Torje, Mika aaritalo, Piotr Czaplinski and Yasser Al-Qatahni, all of which did well. The old firm teams have a habit of self distructing, usually agains each other, so you need to take every point you can get against them, and dont be tempted to try and defend the whole game, because it will bite you. |

Try David Clarkson from Motherwell. He was class for my Utd team. |

these are the players i signed for my gretna side they are now challenging for europe 2nd season: Alexander Rondon, Robert Trznadel, Liviu ganea, Karypidis, Sheehan(leicester) Christian Sarghi, Piotr Czaplinski, Kozub Pawel.
None of these cost me any more than 500k |
