My biggest signing ever was either Junior Stanislas when i had a made up game as Durham, or Cristian Nazarith who at the moment on my Real Madrid game has scored 130 goals in 116 games, which is two and a quarter seasons :D |

qpr 1st season, won piatti (150k pounds) over palermo and lazio and 2 other clubs. i though for sure he would sign for lazio but then surprise suprise, i was going to bid just for the hell of it, knowing i'd probably lose but then i got him. very delighting :) and later on piatti turns to a 3.2 mil-priced guy :D
for my other game, man city is huntelaar (15.75 mil pounds)! scored 59 in 1 season and beat rooney although he started at late april (april's the 2nd month from the start right?) i think and helped me win fa + 2nd place epl + runners-up for lc and now community shield vs chelsea.
oh and also VDV (15.75 mil pounds) and Hugo Lloris (17 mil pounds) |

Biggest in terms of price: Joris Delle to Rangers for 12m plus another 2m after 50 league appearances, start of the 2015/2016 season, and he has been immense. I'm sure I've spent more on a player in other games but as a ratio of the funds available to me he's #1. Definitely made a difference in Europe, not to discredit Kuszczak's performances over the years.
Biggest in terms of value/importance: Re-gen French striker by the name of Phillipe Lambert. Signed on a free from Stade Rennais, has already won one Golden Boot and looks certain for another, and was runner up to Torres for CL POY last year with 11 goals from 12 matches. Bids are coming in for him consistently in the 25m range but he's not forced my hand on anything as of yet. I continually reply to the bid in public with demands upwards of 50-60m which seems to keep his morale very high. |

WAYNE ROONEY on CM4 for Sheffield Wednesday, only ever bought him once, think it was a bug cos every other time he rejected but he accepted once. Bought for free, stayed at Wednesday for 10+ years and won loads of cups and leagues. I then quit cos I bought FM05 :) |

lets see, fm 07 it was undoubtedly diego from werder bremen (22 million) and michael owen from newcastle (6 million, this was the best bargain of my life), they both were my star players at liverpool.
