1.Ask the board to allow you to sign more coaches.

2.Ask the board to allow scouting in other continents.

I think you should be able to give injury prone players play as you play contracts or even a high percentage of there wage paid if the play.

I think it would be good to have a tactic which lets you make wingers switch sides eg: Ronaldo & Nani, 2 wingers who can use both feet could switch sides to make it difficult for defenders. You could set it to every 20 mins, 10 mins etc.

Also, more possible responses to the media would be good instead of the usual 5.

I also hate it when on one game, a player could be good and on another game, they could be randomly rubbish or disappear. Maybe this could be sorted

1. Add some new interesting team and player instructions that will add more tactical diversity.
2. Get license for national team of Germany :)
3. Getting wider player statistics after match.
4. More possibilities to spend the club money (training camps, club facilities...)
5. Possibilities to do anything with money your earn as manager. For now salary gives nothing to a FM player.
6. More options in player interaction and media talks.

I think the licences so you can sort out your own sponsors would add a real good touch to the game. Si could launch a campaign of say 10,000 sponsors and say who wants to get some advertising. there would be loads.

Also how about where you can design your own kit on their, and submit it to a fans poll? then you could pick the most popular one and then gain potentially more revenue from shirt sales?

i would like to see better player and staff interaction especially with the chairman at the beginning season, the chairman hope with the new season and the player that he want to join the club etc. better complete training perhaps cos good player comes from good training.
other things like complete tactics instruction (maybe like FIFA 2008 tactics).

I think you should be able to break the rules at your own cost!!!! None of this getting a warning for having too many loan players or fielding too many foriegners!!!! Also you should be able to bring young non EU players to the country on the grounds that they are a special talent like Arsen Wengner does all the time i.e. Denilson did not have a european passport nor did he have caps for Brazil!!!

I think there would be a danger of making it to complicated and long to play. I like the ideas specially the more on the media side. I think they should put in the England C team they are the tam made up of the best non-league players managed by Paul Fairclough.

What I'd like to see improved is the interaction with the players.not just having rest,praise etc.you should be able to discuss with him when he's contract is ending and convince him to stay with the team or to give 100% at the next critical game or what he thinks about the team and supporters.i mean private interaction-discussion not only public interaction like it's now.

i like the ideas about tv like news and internet,but not exactly as they are in England (Sky sports and the other one you said-gillette saturday sports or what was it?)'cause they won't mean anything for the ones outside England.and having separate ones for each country doesn't seem possible.what about sitv news or something like that?

and the possibility of buying something with the money you earn is a must.otherwise why have a wage?and why go from your favorite team to Chelsea for example,if you can't do anything with lot of extra money?

oh and something else...something must be done with the finances.you can't be able to spend as much money as let's say Man utd,while having (for example)Aston Villa,even after 2-3 years.man utd has got very large income on merchandizing etc worldwide.that should be on the game.and of course as the fame of your team grows such income should be your team's too.
