Players in that state of mind are best off away from the club. either loan him out or get rid mate. |

Put on transfer list or loan him out before he upsets the other squad players.

I will always get rid of them... unless... they're a huge part of my first team. In that case, I milk them for all they've got until the team or he starts underperforming. |

Put him on the transfer listed, or if you want to make him stay just include him more often in the first team action and after that offer him a new contract. actually,this player doesn't want to move to bigger club because my team can consider as bigger club at that time because we win a lot..he just want a new challenger.. |
