How do I tutor players? I see this term thrown around and have no idea how to do it. 2. Can you set up affiliations with other clubs? If so, how? Those were the main questions I had. Thanks :D | | | | | 06-03-08, 09:10 AM | #2 (permalink) | | Aut viam inveniam aut faciam Join Date: Mar 2007 Location: Hull Posts: 1,236 Thanks: 14 Thanked 140 Times in 42 Posts Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | 1: Choose a youth player and go to interaction, then choose whom you want to tutor him. Also if you look on training reports of young players, your assistant manager will give recomendations. 2: Go to the board room and request feeder/parent club. After a few weeks, your board will return with 4 or 5 options to choose from. | | | | | The Following User Says Thank You to hicapaul For This Useful Post: | | 06-03-08, 09:15 AM | #3 (permalink) | | Hot Prospect Join Date: Mar 2008 Posts: 64 Thanks: 9 Thanked 1 Time in 1 Post Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | Ahhh Thanks heaps :D | | | | | 06-03-08, 09:29 AM | #4 (permalink) | | Important First Team Player Join Date: Aug 2007 Location: Dublin :D Posts: 857 Thanks: 32 Thanked 195 Times in 119 Posts Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | so thats it hicapaul saves the day again :D i was going to post the same but u beat me too it ;P ah m8 when u get a parent club have a look at there res and youth team to see have they got many players to loan out to u.don't just pick the team coz u like them coz they might only have 1or 2 players to loan out :( so have a good look around and also if u need the extra dosh have a look at how much there paying ur club each year ;) and put two and two together and ur in business | | | | | The Following User Says Thank You to Graham FM For This Useful Post: | | 06-03-08, 11:04 AM | #5 (permalink) | | FMF's Toon Army Spiderman and member of the Writers Crew Join Date: Jan 2008 Location: wiltshire Posts: 2,360 Thanks: 299 Thanked 611 Times in 583 Posts Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | also when picking older senior players to tutor, look for various little things as like which player does the youngster look up too? look for similar mental attributes too like teamwork workrate determination ect and the rest should follow. | Signature-Care of Ru Top FMF GFX Artist Current game Tottenham Hotspur 2007- Follow it here! | | | | The Following User Says Thank You to Hartynips For This Useful Post: | | 08-03-08, 05:48 AM | #6 (permalink) | | Hot Prospect Join Date: Mar 2008 Posts: 64 Thanks: 9 Thanked 1 Time in 1 Post Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | Thanks for all the tips, uh, but I am tutoring a couple but I want to tutor one of my youth keepers, but it only gives me the chance to tutor him with one guy and he looks up to someone else. Then send him on loan there for a number of seasons depending on the country (3 for Belgium) and after that he will receive his work permit! Hope that helps | | | | | | | Thread Tools | | | | Display Modes | Linear Mode | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
