Default Couple Of Noob Questions

Hey, sort of new to this just wondering a few things;
1. How do I tutor players? I see this term thrown around and have no idea how to do it.
2. Can you set up affiliations with other clubs? If so, how?

Those were the main questions I had.

Thanks :D

1: Choose a youth player and go to interaction, then choose whom you want to tutor him. Also if you look on training reports of young players, your assistant manager will give recomendations.

2: Go to the board room and request feeder/parent club. After a few weeks, your board will return with 4 or 5 options to choose from.

also when picking older senior players to tutor, look for various little things as like which player does the youngster look up too? look for similar mental attributes too like teamwork workrate determination ect and the rest should follow.

Thanks for all the tips, uh, but I am tutoring a couple but I want to tutor one of my youth keepers, but it only gives me the chance to tutor him with one guy and he looks up to someone else. Not a major concern but any way I can alter this?

the player you want to do the teaching has to be in the 1st team and seems to have to be a v good 1st team player or of a certain age.

If you are looking for a feeder club to benefit you for work permit issues, then try going for a foreign one, preferably Belgian and he should sign on a work permit appeal. Then send him on loan there for a number of seasons depending on the country (3 for Belgium) and after that he will receive his work permit!

Hope that helps
