I'm playing Liverpool with a very decent team but for some reason I haven't scored yet. I have a good coach , Moniz, training set pieces. Any advice, do you set specific instructions to players? | | | | | 28-02-08, 07:42 AM | #2 (permalink) | | Decent Youngster Join Date: Sep 2006 Posts: 1 Thanks: 0 Thanked 0 Times in 0 Posts Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | Try leaving fullbacks to defend (1 stayback 1 if neeeded) 1 player (good headers) near post 1 player (good long shots) lurking outside area and rest stand on far post. Tweak taker and settings to find combination that picks out your "lurker" as often as possible. | | | | | 28-02-08, 08:19 AM | #3 (permalink) | | What Bozza can do with an orange, I can do with a grape! The guy(s) with longshots stay outside area. Free kicks: Best left leg free kick taker is asigned to execute the right fk and the right leg one the left. Second best free kick taker asigend to stand by the taker. They may decide to play a little scheme and confuse the opposing defence. Tallest striker challenges the GK, while the best headers in the team are all forward. Shortest midfielder disrupts the wall and the longshot guy back if needed. Works very well with corners and pretty well with free kicks. Good luck.
