Well the difference is that striker is more an out-and-out striker - like van Nistelrooy, and an FC is more of a supporting striker like Rooney and normally comes from deep. | | | | | | The Following User Says Thank You to bric999 For This Useful Post: | | 19-02-08, 10:45 AM | #3 (permalink) | | Decent Youngster Join Date: Aug 2007 Posts: 3 Thanks: 1 Thanked 0 Times in 0 Posts Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | ok thanks mate. but in fm fc and st in the same place, right? don't need to put fc back of st to make him 'come from behind and support st'? | | | | | 19-02-08, 11:43 AM | #4 (permalink) | | Used In Squad Rotation Join Date: Aug 2007 Location: Sunderland Posts: 484 Thanks: 6 Thanked 24 Times in 15 Posts Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | in FM you can put an FC in ST or AMC | | | | 19-02-08, 12:38 PM | #5 (permalink) | | Used In Squad Rotation Join Date: Oct 2007 Location: perak, malaysia Posts: 353 Thanks: 11 Thanked 24 Times in 21 Posts Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | FC more prefer to make an assist rather than ST..in my current game Wayne Rooney make 21 goal and 13 assist..hope this information will help u,dude. | Truthful, Rimza "The South East Dragon" | | | | The Following User Says Thank You to rimza For This Useful Post: | | 19-02-08, 12:45 PM | #6 (permalink) | | Important First Team Player Join Date: Nov 2007 Location: Basingstoke Posts: 998 Thanks: 96 Thanked 175 Times in 167 Posts Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | i was wondering the same.. thanks mate | | | | 19-02-08, 12:46 PM | #7 (permalink) | | FMF's Toon Army Spiderman and member of the Writers Crew Join Date: Jan 2008 Location: wiltshire Posts: 2,392 Thanks: 304 Thanked 619 Times in 591 Posts Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | So do I have reason to think one of my strikers are an exception to the rule? I have Yasser Al-Quatani who is down in fm 2008 as a ST and I often play him in AMC cos he is a better passer of the ball than Alex fernandez or Aaritalo, 10 goals and 21 (Yes 21) assists in all competitions playing for Hearts. When I play him upfront as a ST he barely scores any? | | | | | 19-02-08, 12:47 PM | #8 (permalink) | | FMF's Toon Army Spiderman and member of the Writers Crew Join Date: Jan 2008 Location: wiltshire Posts: 2,392 Thanks: 304 Thanked 619 Times in 591 Posts Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | Or does anyone else have what should be an out and out striker, who prefers a supporting role? | | | | | 19-02-08, 12:47 PM | #9 (permalink) | | Important First Team Player Join Date: Nov 2007 Location: Basingstoke Posts: 998 Thanks: 96 Thanked 175 Times in 167 Posts Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | well thats just weird maybe its the other way round or something or maybe FM just hasnt put his position properly? | | | | 19-02-08, 12:51 PM | #10 (permalink) | | FMF's Toon Army Spiderman and member of the Writers Crew Join Date: Jan 2008 Location: wiltshire Posts: 2,392 Thanks: 304 Thanked 619 Times in 591 Posts Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | It is a little odd...But its making my season though!! top of the league, and in final of scottish league cup!!! | | | | | 19-02-08, 10:01 PM | #11 (permalink) | | Important First Team Player Join Date: Nov 2007 Location: Basingstoke Posts: 998 Thanks: 96 Thanked 175 Times in 167 Posts Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | well theres no need to complain :P hehe good luck m8 | | | | 20-02-08, 03:32 AM | #12 (permalink) | | Used In Squad Rotation Join Date: Oct 2007 Location: perak, malaysia Posts: 353 Thanks: 11 Thanked 24 Times in 21 Posts Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | i think that player have more attribute as AMC rather than ST..then he is more suitable in that position..don't forget about the element of "versatile" also influence the player playing like that..in my current game Lionel Messi make 7 goal and 5 assist rather than Ronaldinho 4 goal and 15 assist..i think the attribute of that player make them playing like what u claim in here.. | Truthful, Rimza "The South East Dragon" | | | 24-02-08, 05:41 AM | #13 (permalink) | | Decent Youngster Join Date: Oct 2007 Posts: 10 Thanks: 1 Thanked 1 Time in 1 Post Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | Well, learn something new every day.
