Hi Bozza.
I would like to say that I downloaded 8.02 the other day and it is brill but I think I may have found a error.
On 1st September 2007, F1 tycoon Bernie Ecclestone took over QPR along with Flavio Briatorie (ex Benneton/ Renault boss) and Mittel (worlds 5th richest person or indeed he was at the time).
They became co-owners each having a stake in the club. It is my understanding that if this is the case then surely they are on the board (as with George Gillet and Tom Hicks at Liverpool). How come they are not in the game as being on the QPR board? The only thing I have thought of is that they own the club but don't have positions on the board or that they are simply investors.
Can you shed any light on this if possible? Just seems a bit strange and confusing as it lists Pandinni as chairman but no mention of the above.

Im sure that they are not members of the clubs board just investors, that must be the reason they are not included on the patch mate. only thing i can think of anyway |

Hi guys,
Has anyone else experienced ur 8.02 game crashing? I can load the db up add mnagers and that and start the game. I sort out a few initial things first ie tactics, training etc. I click continue and it decides it wants to crash on the processing screen. So frustrating.
Can anyone help me solve this problem? Btw i downloaded the updated 8.02 patch from this site if that helps.

This patch was good for a day or two...then it just broke my fm, i lost all my game so ive gone back to 8.0.0 lol. |

I've just got round to installing the patch and found that only the default skin is now readable. make sure u have a legitimate FM09 cd and not a copy! |
