ive gotten one (Australia) in year 2, but i also haven't gotten one at all. It's all about what your reputation (Sunday leaguer- International footballer) that in my experience gets you job offers in this game. I little time and a bit of success can land you the Manchester United job get offers to manage the England National Team, and the like.
If you set it to Sunday leaguer then not only do the players out in out hate you, the fans want you gone and the chairman is quickly questioning himself. making for a Big Sam like situation, but even if by some miracle you find success you'll never get any good offers from anybody decent. It depends on how well you do with your club and your manager reputation. |
To think that people can go out with hatred in their heart and take away people's sons or brothers or fathers is just beyond belief. That's the way I think about it now: it's only a game. i set my rep as automatic and within 2 or 3 seasons i got offered the sweden job but quit after a week and then i went to congo and stayed with them for a bit ... then on season 5 i got offered the england job. .
all because i won the champions league twice in a row with newcastle
so it really depends on how well you do for you club mate :)

I got offered the France job in my 4th season after Winning the league with Cruzeiro consistantly, but I waited because I wanted the England job. The offer finally came in my 9th season! By this time I had been to Inter Milan, Lyon and was currently with Arsenal! use cheat way
click new user,take control what nation do u want.resign n then original user apply job to its country.but b4,make sure u have good reputation n has same nationality with that country |

I havn't been offered one yet on 08 but i was in my 3rd season with Salisbury on 07 when i got offered the USA job. I took it obviously ;) |

I apply for the managers job at Vanuatu every time I start a new game. I get the job everytime! The squad is rather poor though. |
