for training, get tugs training, modify it a bit if you need to but it will help you for sure
make sure your coaches are all top level and they each have only 1 assignment
read feds guide on training, it will help a lot too
http://www.fmformation.net/tactics-t...-training.html here are some good coaches for all of them, but you will need 3million pounds for this :(
Justo Lillo - attacking
Xavi Valero - goalkeeping
angel vales - tactics
dave barron - strength
donagh holohan - ball control
ricardo moniz - shooting
juan santisteban - defending
claudio gaudino - aerobic
francisco seirul.lo-set pieces
for tactics, you can make your own with the best tutorial i know of, it really helps you a lot
Tactics Some other stuff:
for away games, use tight marking
always keep a scout on next opposition, he will tell you about your opponents strengths and weaknesses so you can prepare for them
use opposition instructions well, if you see an opponents player is described as nervous, close him down making him possibly make mistakes
i hope this helped, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask
good luck
