Follow this short guide to display the real player names, due to licensing some of the national teams (like Germany) do not display the real names by default. 1) Don't run the game you need to do this in windows. 2) Open the folder "C:/Program Files/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2008/data/db/800/lnc/all" 3) Find the file in this folder called "fake.lnc", rename this file to something else such as "fake.bak". You can delete the file but its best to rename it incase you need it at a later date. 4) Startup FM2008 and start a new game You should now see the proper squad for all teams. Dont forget to hit the Thanks button!  |

check the download center, ive posted a fix that renames all the comps to the correct ones |

i dleted it,but not work.stupid fool jens mustermann and germany still apear?i search in my computer 'fake.inc' i found it,but o byte.help me!

if you are on the 8.01 patch delete it from the 801 folder not 800 |
