Just wanna ask: for coaches, does the star rating matter only for their quality of their training?or does the 'motivating' 'man management' have any effect, great or small?
What does Sugar Daddy do?i've tried using it several times, but still doesnt seem very sugary =x and under the Chairman stats in the editor, what does the 'business' affect?

Hmm... best i can work out is...

Star Rating for training -> How much effect (or lack of effect) training has on your players

Motivating -> I think this is just for managers, etc. Although, i always look for an Assistant Manager with high motivating, normally they're better at suggesting team talks too. I think.

Man Management -> For managers im pretty sure, keeping players happy etc.

Chairman stats -> Like when you get your salary, transfer budgets. I dont use the editor, but im pretty sure this means the Chairman is better at keeping the club profitable and out of bankruptcy

Sugar Daddy -> No idea mate, pretty sure its a Roman Abrahimovich sort of thing.
