i copied nd pasted the thing that it says on this site.. but instead of having
' at the begginning i changedit to " and it works with me m8

I play on widescreen 1440x990 laptop.
Is there a way to get windowed game resolution indipendent from screen resolution?
I don't like playin' in full screen for a million reasons. But windowed game types are very smll, and sometimes is hard to read.
Setting screen resolution from Windows to lower levels gets the game graphic to look bad, as native screen resolution is 1440x990.

Spanish post is correct but i think he made a little mistake in his link
his link is this
'C:\Program Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008\fm.exe" -small_screen -windowed'
but it should be the one below..please take note of the colen at the start and the end

This has ruined my FM. I can't go on it anymore because i entered the stuff into the box and it worked but i didn't like windowed so i deleted the stuff from the box. Now everytime I try to create a new game or load an existing game it just doesn't work.
