After Luka Modric has been dubbed one of the most talented croatian footballers in years, and after 3 storming seasons at my home town club Dinamo in which he ended up becoming captain ahead of much more experienced players such as Davor Vugrinic and Cale.After the initial swearing and hating Luka i finally realised that he needed to leave the club he loved and millions of people around europe love to further his career and fufill his potential as one of the best midfielders in the world.
personally i feel he is a great player and after a few months of adapting to life in the premiership he will be one of the best attacking midfielders in the world.

Not really a rant is it Fed.

I reckon he'll be a great signing for Spurs. What I've seen of him, I wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't take that long to get into the swing of things.

Let's hope he doesn't do too much damage to his rival teams though.

Yea he is a fantastic player, an i think he will help Totteham when he sgns for them gd luck to Modric future player of the year maybe, also to add what a player he is on fm 08

I'll be very interested to see how he pans out in the premiership. Obviousley being a newcastle fane I'm disappointed he didnt end up in black and white stripes, but thats football sometimes.

I think Spurs have done well in the transfer market so far, Modric is a class act (struggling to get the best out of him on FM) and Dos Santos was a real shock.

Modric has it in him to be one of the very best
