Default How Sky, and Business ruined Football.

I am too young to have seen football before the premiership. But i certainly know one thing.

Since Sky turned it into "the premiership", and started televising matches. Clubs are getting more and more income each year.

For getting relegated you will still get over 20million, whilstthe Champiosn league winners only get 30 million.

Slowly, clubs are becoming richer and richer, and success for a few years will allow you to brake from the pack (Arsenal, Man United)

Add onto this the Business side of things, where big money owners come into to buy football clubs, even if they have no idea about football's system.

Fans being fickle "You have spent big money, now we want you out unless you return in 1 season!!"

and The Fa having no sense of football fan's at all.

There you go, Football Ruined.

When is the next time we will see a team get promoted and have a good go at the top? Never.

Football used to be a sport. Now it is a business.

No it wasn't

Go back to the 50's, 60's, 70's and even the 80's

There was none of this mess that was going on.

Oh, and how the hell can you just STOp supporting a team?

That is like changing beliefs, you are ethier commited, or just a tag along

I don't mind televised matches either, what I do mind, is how much they give the teams for televising the matches.

But what the hell is one person going to do?

If i dont watch it, nothing will change. So what is the point.

It will never go back to the way it is.

And no, it doesn't all go to the players, loads goes to those damn agents aswell.

Oh, and I would also like to point out how depressing it is that when a club goes into the red, they get deducted points.
