its not happening the idea has been scrapped i think, its a stupid idea anyway, there is no way that a 39th game would do anything for the premier league, apart from get the money grabbers at the fa thier money :|

its crazy idea..........................chairman mu,chelsea,portsmouth,liverpool,fulham etc are foreign investor...........less british player...............now,BPL want they play in other country........can u say they are as "england clubs"?

it might not work as well for other countries because they arent as popular as the premiership
for example, ppl here know championship/league 1 teams but not serie b or the segunda division
