my vote goes to Robbie Keane as our current best - he is simply amazing in every sense of the word previous greatests for Spurs? too many to name really, Sheringham, Hoddle, Klinsman and Lineker.

Team - chelsea

Legends - for me probly peter osgood (the king), zola and wisey!

Current - it's gotta be Lamps, JT, A cole and in my opinion Ballack

And Christiano Ronaldo is SO over-rated! And an absolute w*nker or should I say winker!

Yeah alright f*ck off, there was no need for that.

Coz yeah c ronaldo has done so much, Ballack hasn't done much but when he does, he really does do some great stuff so it shows how much you know.

You're just bitter coz you're a liverpool supporter, we are rivals and you're midway down the table.

Get a life.

John Terry also deserves a mention for Chelsea. Captain, fights for everything...

Gianfranco Zola: What a legend!

Sorry didn't see JT on the list! But I agree with Ballack. What he does is great.

Swindon Town Fc:

Past legend (of all time) is Harold Fleming, scored 203 goals in 309 appearences for the reds. Hes even had the road, which is now fleming way, named after him.

Most recent legend:
Sam Parkin. Not overall sure on his career stats for Swindon but he was awesome. Scored a hatrick in a 3 - 1 win against barnsley on his debut and was an absolout goal machine. When ever Swindon weren't getting the right touches etc, or couldn't get the ball from the opposition, Sam Parkin would get the ball, run it through them and always scored.

Current Legend:
Although not currently playing due to a broken arm, and is only on loan it has to be Petr Brezovan. During the opening game of this season in 1 - 0 win over Hartlepool, which was infact his debut, he saved a penalty after just two minutes, then again about 3 minutes into the second half. Also set up the goal for Lee Peacock ;)

Well at the moment obviously Cristiano Ronaldo who is by far the best in the world. Superb also for the Premiership. So many to pick from the past but i will go for Bobby Charlton but easily could of chucked in Besty or Keano and Cantona etc

I will agree Dixie Dean is evertons legend but you could also say alex young if you wanted to be different. I think Mikel Arteta is evertons best player at the moment

peter schmeichel

okay i'm biased cause i play goalie.

but he deserves legendary status for his consistency between the posts, and for thriving in a world where all the glory is stolen by the outfield players, yet he has set the standard for goalies, with his unrivaled skills and ability to (sometimes) even score.

ole solskjaer deserves mention, for all the times he has popped up at the very last possible moment and saved united.

ronaldo has the potential to be a legend. if he continues in this form for the next couple of seasons or so, only then will he truly be worthy of a place in thie history of old trafford.

oh, and raymond van der gouw, for being content to sit on the bench during schmeichel's tenure, and to teach young goalkeepers. it is a fitting tribute that roy keane has called on him to help with sunderland's latest premiership adventure
