So I decided I wanted to mess around with the data editor, and put together a team from my home town.
Obviously it means putting in brand new everything. The scale for alot of the city/team stats is 0-20.
Can I get a scale (RL Teams/In Game Teams) of where they fit in that scale? I don't want to overkill them, or make them pathetic ofc :P
The area's im having trouble with are:
City: Attraction
Team: Moral, Reputation

City Attraction: 11-16, I'd say about 13 or 14
Team:
Moral: 15 or around that number
Rep: 2400-3000, I'd have it around 2400 to make it challenging.
Extra bits:
Stadium Capacity: 5000-10000
Min/Max Attendance: 500/just above the max capacity.
Make one parent club and one feeder club in the lower leagues of england.

Ok I think you are making things more difficult than you need to.
What is your hometown. Chances are it is already in the game?
If not attraction is to do with how much a player would want to go like there. This is in regards to facilities, weather and general appeal of the place.
Most citys in europe would be quite attractive. I think places like Edinburgh and Amsterdam have 20 for attraction.
As opposed to somewhere in a developing country or somewhere with few facilities and amentities like say a small Afghanistan or ethiopia town will have about 1. you get the idea?
just leave team moral as 0. It won't effect the game and it will sort its self out once ur game starts and u sign players and results are taken into account.
Reputation is the popularity of the club. I know most small non league Brittish teams have reps of around 1000. I live in a village and my hometown team is actually in the game with a rep of 1000. Bigger teams go up accordingly.
here is VERY ROUGH guidelines on what i estimate reps usually are:
lower league team: 2000-4000
top league: 4000-6000
big clubs that will take part in continental comps: 6000+
big clubs like Man utd or Real will likely be around: 8000-9000+ (im not sure usually create very small clubs)
Obviously this varies depending on what league you enter your team in. Have a look at other teams in the choosen division an you'll get a general idea of what it should be.

For the city's attraction its based on how attractive your town/city is if its old and ragged lots of graffiti and vandalism give it a low number if its clean and very modern give it a high number.
Team morale around 16 i usually put 17
and reputation the higher it is the more likely a player will sign for you but if the league your playing in is low and your rep is high your fans wont want to see a high rep team in say BSP.
