Noob needs help installing the database update - FMFormation.net - Football Manager

Hi everyone, I just downloaded the latest v3.0 update for FM2007. I have never used the database update although I have read it's great. Is there a guide on this site that I can use to help me install it? I did a search for it but came up empty.

If there is such a thing please let me know as well as a guide for the graphics update as well.

Make sure you have patch 7.02 installed.

extract the db to:
mydocuments\si\fm07\db

play the game!

Thanks for the quick response but in the rar file I only see three folders.

1) FMormation's Database Update
2) edt
3) inc

I'm still confused. :(

p.s. I have the 7.0.2 patch installed. :D
