It's been a while since the last time you've heard from FMFormation.net. Now that Football Manager 2007 is out we thought it would be a good idea to give you guys an update of what happened with the forums since your last visit. We will tell you some things that has changed, added or just stayed. We will tell you about our new downloadsystem, which was launched today, our new Arcade, our donation system and FMF's Database Update.
The Download System.
http://www.fmformation.net/downloads.php Like we said before, it's totally new and very user-friendly. It's basicly just your basic downloadsystem like you've seen on a lot of sites. Coz we only run a forum it was a bit difficult to get a system like that. But we've done it and it's totally intergrated in the forum. This means the downloads you add will also appear on your member profile and when you post something usefull information will appear under your name. This makes it worth to add some nice downloads right?
Our intension is to make FMF's Download System the biggest download database in the scene. We pretty much achieved that with FM2006 but this time we are hoping for support of many FM fans who want to add their downloads on FMF. Remember that the system is only for FM2007 downloads. The download system is totally integrated in the forums. This means that all the download you add will be viewable on your member profile. For the rest we recommend that you read the Important Information located in the left corner of the download main page.
The Arcade System
http://www.fmformation.net/arcade.php You can now play funny games at FMFormation and try to beat other's Highscores. Try to gain the most cups and be the champion of FMF's Arcade! Highscores held by you will be visible on your profile and when you post something it's under your nickname. You can also host tournaments or just participate. At this moment we've got 46 games in the Arcade but there will be added many more in the near future.
The Donation System
http://www.fmformation.net/billspaypal.php FMFormation is up and running for 8 months now and we of FMF believe that we've achieved a lot in that time period. FMF is getting bigger and bigger. A lot of visitors become a member of FMF every day. But the bigger we get, the higher the costs to run and maintain the site. Your donation will be used to pay for our ever increasing bandwidth costs, our hosting service, domain registration, software licensing fees, and maintenance costs only!
It doesn't matter how much you donate... every amount is very welcome and much appreciated. Once you've donated money we will do our best to give you something back for your effort. Your name will get a special color, you will get a custom user title, access to a section where you get post any ideas for FMF which will be taken in consideration. In the future you will also get access to private downloads and other options when possible.
FMFormation's Database Update
http://www.fmformation.net/fmfs-database-update-2007/ Football Manager 2007 is there and so the famous FMF's DB Update will continue. Just like with FM2006 we could use your help. Keep us informed with the latest transfers, loans, retirements or just mistakes in the original database. We are also looking for scouts. If you're interested please reply in the Scouts topic that you can find in the database update section.
