Rookie manager Daniel Worrall has been appointed as new Chester City Manager by the Chairman Stephen Vaughan. This news will come as a shock to Chester fans, as they were, no doubt, expexting a more experienced manager to be offered the job at the Deva Stadium after Bobby Williamson resigned last week. Stephen Vaughan had this to say "I have full faith in Daniels ability to do well at the club, he has been allocated a very small transfer budget, but i still believe he can establish this side as a good League 2 club."
Worralls first match is at home to Championship side Hull City in a friendly match.
