Fedorico Domenichoni, former NK Dinamo player, has been appointed new manager of the club.
the 30 year old who had his playing career cut short by injury is now in his first job in management, but the dinamo supporters thought it to be best that a firm fans favourite was best for the job after their former manager was tragically killed in a north korean nuclear test.
Domenichoni's first test will be to somehow fend off western interest in his 3 prise assets, eduardo, Corluka, and Luka Modric. and with the club harbouring expectations of winning the league he will certainly have his hands full this season.

Official statement to the Zagreb times:
(on transfers)well with a 1.75 million budget, i am looking at securing a left winger and a goalkeeper also i am looking to bring in an assistant manager and a few new coaches.
There is currently a lot of speculation about 3 of our players, whom i will not name, the 'elite' clubs feel they can purchase our star players for a knock down price, i shall not sell them as they will be an integral part of my team.
(on the season ahead) Well currently i feel that we have a strong enough side to dominate this league, my main hope is for some european glory this season. I am hoping that the squad will have it in them to get to the group stages of the champions league and if not, i feel we can challenge for the uefa cup should we get knocked out of the champions league prematurely. |

DINAMO-RIJEKA SUPERCUP FINAL!
after an impressive spell of domination and a pinpoint cross from Mihael Mikic, Transfer rumour victim Luka Modric Showed the recent transfer speculation isnt affecting him by slotting home an impressive volley which i must say looked very close to being offside after a blunder by CB Carlos Santos Rijeka forward goergi Ivanov rounded the keeper to equal the score in stoppage time in the 1st half.
HT Dinamo 1-1 Rijeka
2nd half - 57th minute vedran corluka headed home a brilliant corner taken by etto
FT dinamo 2-1 Rijeka
Summary- a very tight game between two evenly matched teams, We deserved to win and it was an outstanding performance from Corluka as a result he was man of the match although Rijeka did have many chances to equalise and win the match, this was a good win against one of our biggest challengers for the title this year. |

Dinamo have made their first signings of the season, 15 year old Jaorzinho Arroe from peruvian club Sporting Cristal, he is said to be one of south americas hottest prospects for the next 5 years. The other signing is 33 year old Marcelo Delgado from Belgrano for 500k, the former argentina international is said to be delighted at joining dinamo and being able to play in european competition.
