Graeme Smith said, "I am really happy that I have signed for Hartlepool and I hope I can help them gain promotion into League 1. I really want to impress my new manager and hope i can get first team football down here." James McMahon refused to comment if he would br dropping his current no 1 goalkeeper Dimitrios Konstantopoulos. Dimitrios said, "I wish Graeme Smith luck on his career at Hartlepool, I will not be leaving, or complaining about first team football." Back-up 'keeper Jim Provett, however, didn't respond in such a good manner, he went on and said, "If I get dropped from the first team, or the bench, I will be leaving the club." Jame McMahon replied to this by saying, "Well, Jim, I guess you will be leaving the club then, eh? You are the whole reason we needed a new 'keeper in the first place, because you're no good, so you can leave and go to any club who are willing to take you. I have a strong feeling you will be dropping down divisions though, to play with players of your own ability. If we get any money for you, it well definately help the clubs money problems!" | | | | | 03-04-07, 04:23 PM | #6 (permalink) | | Co-founder of FMFormation's Graphical Challenges Join Date: Mar 2007 Location: Lennoxtown, Glasgow Posts: 2,216 Thanks: 369 Thanked 278 Times in 150 Posts Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | After the argument with Hartlepool's manager and goalkeeper Jim Provett, James McMahon vowed to sell him and get money for the club through his transfer.
