The Same Side Had To Be Chosen And I Wanted This Game. A Poor Start By Forest Giving Away A Goal Which Was Eventually Dissalowed. Just Before I Could Nag At The Goalie We Passed Down The Field Which Ended Up To Junior Agogo Who Slotted Home. It Wernt Long After Before It Was 2-0. The 22nd Minute Came And Clingan Played In Agogo Once Again To Make It 2-0 Forest And 2 For Agogo. I Was So Pleased For The Lad. Yeovil Came Back Straight Away And In The 29th Minute Mark Lynch Was Let Go To Make It 2-1. We Dominated The Rest Of The Half. The Half Time Whistle Went And At The Break I Gave The Boys Some Encouragement So They Would Keep It Up. It Didnt Seem To Work As Yeovil Came Dominating But Couldnt Get An Equaliser. The 70th Minute Came And I Decided To Bring On Lester, Dobie And Beaumont For Agogo, Grant Holt And Clingan. After The Subs The Game Went A Bit Quiet And A Disaster Came When James Beaumont Had To Come Off So We Went 10-Men Down. Straight After Yeovil Left Winger Made It 2-2 I Was Gutted. I Sat Down Staring At The Floor. The Whistle Went In The Background And I Still Sat There Untill The Yeovil Manager Offered Me The Hand Shake. The Only Change Was Scott Dobie Came Off The Bench For The Recovered Marcus Stewart. Come On You Tricky Trees! We Needed This! It Started Well With Us Domianting And We Got Our Reward In The 9th Minute With A Lay Up From Southall Left Tyson To Hammer It In And Put Us 1-0 Up. Double That Time And Forest's Second Was There. James Cullingworth Picked Up Some Poor Keeping On The Edge Of The Area To Put Us 2 Up. I Wasnt Going To Get Carried Away Coz I Know What Has Happened. We Kept On Dominating And Got Another Reward In The 37th Minute When Poor Keeping Touch Left Agogo To Take The Ball Off Him And Slide It In The Net From 30 Yards Out. 3-0 And We Were Cruising. A Minute Later Forest Where Off Again And A Great Ball From Southall Left Agogo To Tap It In. 4-0 AND IT WERNT HALF TIME! The Ref Blew For Half Time And i Told The Boys Not To Let There Peformance Drop. The Game Went Quiet And Flew By In The Second Half. I Decided Not To Make Changes And The Game Ended 4-0 Forest. If You Could Of Seen My Face You Would Of Been Laughing. It Seemed The Half Was A Bit Odd For Forest As It Was Mainly Brentford In The 1st Half. Brentford Went Out All Guns Blazing And We Wern't Expecting. They Got There Reward On The 36th Minute When Christopher Joyce Pounced On A Good Ball. Brentford 1 - 0 And I Was Cacking It. The Boys Responded Well And In The 41st Minute Agogo Was Layed In And Slotted It Away To Make It 1-1. Clincal Finishing From The Youngster. The Half Time Whistle Went And I Told The Boys They Could Win This. It Didn't Seem To Work As It Was Quite An Even Game. No-One Could Score Again So In The 69th Minute I Brang On Stewart, Grant Holt And Bennet For Agogo, Lester And Mackay. I Wanted Them To Make An Impact And When The Final Whistle Went I Was Completley Gutted As It Was A Must Win Game Really. Needed To Win This To Keep Up With The Big Boys! The Boys Knew I Wanted To Win This And They Showed It. We Dominated The Whole First Half. I Thought We Were 1-0 Up With A Junior Agogo Goal But It Was Disallowed For Offside. But We Did Get Our Reward In The 36th Minute When Tyson Took A Quick Free-Kick And Gave It To Southall Who Smashed It From Roughly 40 Yards. Great Goal And Well Deserved. The Half Time Whislte Came And I Decided To Encourage The Boys So They Can Keep There Peformance Going. It Seemed To Work As We Seemed To Play Well But Good Saves By Tranmere Keeper Kept Them In The Game. The 60th Minute Came So I Decided To Bring On Stewart, Grant Holt And Beaumont For Agogo, Lester And Clingan. I Was Hoping It Would Make A Big Impact For Us And It Did. We Got Our Reward In The 89th Minute When Grant Holt Flicked On A Ball For Nathan Tyson To Tap In Back Post. That Was It And When The Final Whistle Went I Was Delighted To Have Another Victory In The Bag. Come On You Tricky Trees! It Was Not A Very Good Half For Us And MillWall Were Looking Rather Good. In The 30th Minute An Undeserved Goal Came As Forest Got A Free-Kick On The Edge Of The Area Where Southall Whipped It In To Meet The Head Of Julian Bennett To Make It 1-0. Julian's First Of The Season And 1-0 To Forest. MillWall Came Back And 2 Minutes Later Ben May Pounced On Some Poor Keeping. Poor But Well Deserved. The Half Time Whistle Went And I Told The Boys They Could Win This. It Seemed To Work And We Started To Look Good. We Got Our Reward In The 57th Minute A Poor Kick By MillWall Keeper Left Jack Lester To Place The Ball In The Net From 25 Yards Out. 2-1 Up And I Was Feeling The Pressure Now. I Decided To Make Some Subs At Half Time. James Beaumont And Stewart Came On For Clingan And Agogo. I Was Hoping They Would Make An Impact But They Didnt And They Came Back Looking Good. In The 90th Minute I Decided To Take Off Lester For Breckin Which Means We Were Going 5-3-2 For Last Minutes. We Held On And We Got The Win. YES! The Game Started Well And Lester Put Agogo Through To Make It 1-0. 7 Minutes In And We Were 1-0 Up. Great! The Game Went Quick And No Good Chances Came After The Game. The Whistle Went For Half Time And I Gave The Boys Some Encouragement So They Kept On Playing Good Football. It Seemed To Work As We Came Out Looking Good And We Didn't Get A Goal So I Decided To Make Some Changes. Lester Came Off For Grant Holt, Stewart Came On For Agogo And The Return Of Gary Holt Was Her When He Came On For CulingWorth. It Seemed To Work And It Made A Big Impact When Stewart Gave The Ball To Holt Who Dummied It To Southall To Put It Into A Empty Net. This Came In The 89th Minute So It Was Game Over. The Recovered Kris Commons Came Back On The Left Side For Nathan Tyson Who Took Agogo's Place On The Bench. A Hard Game But I Thought We May Pull It Off. It Seemed Like Everything Was Going Right As We Got Off To A Good Start And Got A Goal In The 7th Minute. A Well Place Cross In By Southall Met Stewart's Head At The Back Post To Make It 1 - 0. Orient Came Back Though And In The 15th Minute Echanomi Finished A Well Saved Shot From Paul Smith To Make It 1-1. From Then On They Looked The Better Of The Sides Till The End Of The Half. When The Whistle Went I Told The Boys They Could Win This So It Boosted There Confidence. It Seemed To Work And We Came All Guns Blazing. We Had Chances To Score But There Keeper Was Too Good. On The 58th Minute A Slack Bit Of Goal-Keeping Left Sammy Clingan To Slot It Away On The Edge Of The Area. 2-1 Up And We Were Back On Fire. The 69th Minute Came I Decided To Put On Stewart, Lester And Perch For Agogo, Grant Holt And Gary Holt. I Was Hoping They Would Make An Impression And They Did... Later In The Game. Orient Came Back Looking Good And They Got What They Deserved In The 82nd Minute When Dyer Whipped In A Ball To Meet The Head Of Derek Duncan To Make It 2-2. I Was Gutted But It Was Fair. I Was Hoping For Us To Hold On. The 88th Minute Came And Disaster Struck.. For Oreint. There Goal-Keeper Fouled Nathan Tyson In The Area To Give Away A Penalty. Tyson Took The Ball, Stepped Up And Scored The Winning Goal. Straight After The Whistle Went And It Was Over. Unfair Maybe But I Was Not Bothered. A Good Start By Forest And We Carried On Playing. in the 18th Minute We Got Our Reward And A Good Through Ball From Commons To Stewart Left Him Through On Goal And Being His Ungreedy Self He Passed It To Lester To Make It 1-0. Stewart Got A Big Applause. We Carried On But The Game Went A Bit Quiet And It Wern't Long Till Half Time. The Half Time Whistle Went And I Decided To Encourage The Boys. It Seemed Like It Didn't Work As The Game Came Even. It Came To The 68th Minute And I Decided To Bring On Tyson, Grant Holt And Gary Holt For Agogo, Lester And Perch. It Seemed Like It Work As Tyson Set Up Clingan In The 72nd Minute Who Slotted It Away Nicely To Make It 2-0. It Didn't Seem Like We Were Going To Have Them Points As An Awful Start in The First Half Left Us Down. Bristol City Came At Us Hard And Got There Reward In The 28th Minute With Brooker Putting Them 1-0 Up. The Game Went Quiet And The Whistle Went For Half Time. I Asked The Boys Where The Passion Lads. Stewart Showed Too Much Passion And Got Stretchered Off In The 48th Minute. Tyson Came On For Him. We Seemed To Liven Up And Started To Dominate. We Couldn't Score But We Were Created Chances. The 68th Minute Came And I Decided To Bring Off Perch For Grant Holt. We Went 4-3-3 Formation. We Needed A Goal. It Seemed To Make A Different And In The 73rd Minute A Sammy Clingan Strike From 20 Yards Out Hit The Top Corner Of The Net And We Were Drawing. 2 Minutes Later Another Disaster Struck, Commons Was Injured So I Brang On Bennett To Put Left Back And Put Alan Wright Left Wing. The Same Side Was Picked And I Was Hoping For Us To Win. It Was A Very Even Half As Both Sides Looked For Goals But Both Keepers Were On Form. I Would Say We Were The Better Of The Teams But What Am I To Say LoL. The Half Time Whistle Went And I Told The Boys Could Win This. It Didn't Seem To Work As It Was ANOTHER Tight Half, So I Decided To Bring On Some Subs In The 67th Minute. Dobie, Grant Holt And Bennet Came On For Agogo, Lester And Morgan. I Was Hoping It Would Make An Impact And It Did. The 82nd Minute Came Around And Grant Holt Was Found In The Area Who Gave The Ball To Tyson To Put Away The Penalty. Poor Penalties Means Good Saves.
