Coaches - The more the merrier? - FMFormation.net - Football Manager

I got coaches with 5 stars for each category in my training now but there are some who are not, so i just click all in the training categories for them. But does this affect anything? If it does, which 1 is better?

Anyway,i think it dosent matter how many coaches u have, as long as u dont over work them, it should be fine, but if u have a team of world class coaches then u will get the best outta ure team :P

I have seen my coaching stars drop from time to time, mostly during the pre-season, but go back to 5 again later.

Give it a couple of days and check again.

i would have thought just try and keep your worst coach to what he does best least he might be some use that or just sack him and get another one
