Good Tactics for a championship Team - FMFormation.net - Football Manager

After a long while not Playing FM07 The other day I thought I'd start playing again, this time as Hull in the championship. I'm used to playing premiership teams so what formation or tactics are best for a championship team?

EDIT: My tactic has worked well in friendlys but it all goes to pot in the league and I end up losing :(

I'm using a Standard 4-4-2 with a Cm and a DM... Working ok with my Blackpool side :D

i´m using a 4-2-3-1 and it works very well. I´m winning every game played. in every tactic we need great defence. the best players possible.

4-2-3-1 is one of the best formations to use on fm07

Yeah, I agree with Fed. If I remember correctly, playing with two attacking midfielders behind the lone striker works very well.

can someone post a screeny or something of 4231 tactics so i can try it abit? :)

Playing 4-4-1-1 but think i got to crappy players for it to work perfectly :(
