This tactic is my favourite one. It takes me 2 years to perfect my HSV team and then I have a rock solid defence with lots of goals upfront. go to your tatics screen and load tatics
i have not managed to use it with full effect with my Stuttgart team.
so yeah; each teams difffers
This version of FM depends heavily on defenders and tatics.
Also, don't buy too much players at a time unless you can settle them in to the team quickly.

Yeah, this works amazing with Celtic, AC Milan and a couple of lower league teams. Namely H&W and East Stirling.
