QS about sending players on loan I play my second season in Championship with Birmingham atm. These are not good days for my at the club:rain: but that's not the point. Every year you get youth prospects from academy, and players wich are over 18 years old are automatically moved to reserve team. And lower league team often wants to loan my young players for some short term loan (3 or 6 months). So I mostly let them go to gain some mach experience. And here's my question. Have you ever noticed that after this loan your pkayers attributes raised? I know that in lower leagues most teams got pathetic coaching squad but most players in three months time and even normal training gets better. My young players should improve faster. Reasuming: Anyone noticed some improvement during loan of your players? Or the only pro is that they gain mach experience? When I loan some player from Premiership (I got Muamba now and few from Polish league) they come back with their attributes raised by 2 or 3. Is it the same when I loan my players out? |
