Just wondering what the best training scheduals are, because ive tried to make my own and ive tried using a few ive downloaded off these forums and other forusm but theresults i consistently get are red arrows.

Im liverpool if thats makes any difference

yeah i have them, been trying them out for this seasons and they dont seem to be doin very well
