well these training schedules are based on training the players based on their positions, it has worked very well for me and i have been using this schedule since FM05, so i hope it works for everyone else here is the link - hopefully it works http://phoenix.brightdev.com/~jack956/schedules.rar so basically, a striker would work on his attacking attributes, whereas a defender will work on his defensive attributes.

C:\Documents and Settings\user\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2007 and save it in schedules folder, if you dont have a schedules folder create one and then place it in there :D |
