Default Boyce's Training EDIT:Attached file to download

Well im going to try something out with my training because i see training as my strong point for the game as it was sucessful so much last year with Football Manager 2006 so i fort i would share it with you guys so where do i start well im Arsenal and heres a screenshot of my coaches training schedules:

http://img101.imageshack.us/img101/2...icsfm07jm1.png
(that was season one with Arsenal)

(3rd season with Arsenal):
http://img97.imageshack.us/img97/231...traininmr6.png

I dont know if every one else does this all the time and thats why i want to find out if any one wants this training and then your more than welcome to ask me anything you want about it !

Right first off this is important and you have to come to this when arranging your training ok !

Schedule <<<<<<<<<<>>>>>>>>>> Needed stats
Aerobic ----------------------------------- Fitness
Shooting --------------------------------- Attacking
Tactics ------------------------------------ Tactical
Ball control ------------------------------- Technical
GK ---------------------------------------- GK
Defending -------------------------------- Defending
Attacking --------------------------------- Attacking
Set pieces -------------------------------- Techncal
Strengh ----------------------------------- Fitness

Right next bit...... where i have "needed stats" you will need the best coach and even might have to sign a few aswel like i did but remember you only need 1 coach for one schedule like i did on my screenshot if you look up at this thread !

So now you have one coach for Aerobic,Shooting,Tactics...etc!...... in the championship i would imagine 15 would be very good for a coach for handling a schedule and in the premiership anything 15 or over would be best ok !

So heres whats next:

Training Schedules
Now onto the real stuff. You need to create 6 new training schedules, the existing schedules cannot be edited so go ahead and click (Schedules > New > Full Time Schedules > [Schedule Name]).
Here's the 6 schedules you need:

http://img206.imageshack.us/img206/2...2006id7xo6.jpg

Note that your schedules need not be identical to mine, so long as you've got the list you should be fine. You will find that after a while once your players have reached their potential within their training that you may want to fiddle with the sliders to keep your players improving. This keeps their values high and doesn't give the game much time to decide whether players find the schedule too tough, which they shouldn't anyway.

Unless I find that several players start to decrease using one of the training schedules (which is not often) I rarely touch the sliders.

Here are some pictures that the training affected my players:

(one of my youths)
http://img213.imageshack.us/img213/8...fected1tc0.png

(Toure still improving!)
http://img135.imageshack.us/img135/5710/toureer3.png

(Ljungberg still improving and at the age of 31 years)
http://img135.imageshack.us/img135/8...ungbergds8.png

(Van persie looking great and also plays great for me)
http://img228.imageshack.us/img228/1...npersieqy2.png

(Hled performs so well and yet still improving himself in training)
http://img228.imageshack.us/img228/941/hlebbd6.png

Good luck and tell us how you get on with them and any help needed you know where i am :thumb:

Good tips but you know what would be even better. You should save your training and uploaded it on the internet. I'm sure more people will try it.

I noticed in fm06 Attacking worked with Shooting but in fm07 i had a coach with 16 attacking and he only had 2 stars, i got rid of him for a guy with 11 attacking and 16 technical and he was 4 stars. So i think there has been a change in that department. I do my tarining very similar to yours and have been for a long time, i even was creating a schedule individually for each player at one stage. Good advice for anyone that is looking to get into training more. I consider it a must and a very important part of the game.

Every time we score, i get this feeling!!!!

It's the technical attribute that accounts for shooting, not attacking.
