I don't know the answer to that myself :D But I do know that as soon as they get back into training they regain their stats and even improve on many by 1 or 2.

i think the trainigs ok for gettin attributes up but i dont like it because of the injuries. 8 injuries it gave me in 2 weeks

I get a huge amount of injuries with every training.. even the default one lol.

Tug's Training has been my favourite since he started making it!

Since I've started playing FM it has been my favourtie. It is brilliant and is doing really good for whatever team I am. The worst training for injuries is the cheat training, tried it once, with Chelsea and Lampard, Robben, Ballack, Essien and Mikel all got injured and I didn't win a game while they were out because that is the majority of my mids and the best too.
