How about Jakob Johansson? Believe he starts the game at Goteborg. Should be available incredibly cheap and turns into a quality secondary-striker, really solid target man for mid-Prem clubs.

Edit: Just realized this is in the 07 thread. Johansson's an 08 recommendation.

henok goitom is freakin gud, trust me i had him at wolfsburg (germany) and paid around 10 million to get him. he is strong and fast, a rare ability for a striker. he even scored almost every game.
