For example I buy a player for 100k and additionally I have to pay on monthly installment of 180k for 12 months. So, each month I have to pay 15k.
I'll pay this (monthly installment) from my Balance or from my Transfer Budget?

Installments are one of the best ways to get expensive players. Only the initial fee (if there is one) goes from your transfer fund straight away. Then The installments are removed from your transfer fund each month, until you have nothing lft, if you unlucky. If you have no transfer fund, it goes from your clubs balance, until it is paid off or you get more transfer funds. BEWARE, i did this with Xamax, i had 500k to spend, and needed a striker. I bagged Maxi Lopez for ( million over 2 years (400k+ a month), this put my club in mega debt. Im still paying it off now.
