You should delete and reinstall your game for the best result.

You can use old versions for this update but we offer 7.0.2 official patch for the best yield.
Extract winrar and paste “db” folder to C://program files/sports interactive/football manager 2007/data or
C:\Documents and Settings\Your User Name \My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2007
