I've been playing FM for about 6 months and loving it. Boosted my interest in the sport immeasurably too. I'm thinking of upgrading my system from a Athlon XP3200 (single core) to a Core 2 duo. Does FM make good use of dual core systems? Also, I like macs, and have thought about getting a macbook, and am wondering how the performance is on that platform (they don't have a native version yet do they?). Thanks in advance. Great site, btw. Try for at least 1 gig, but aim for 2gigs. I'd upgrade your RAM before sorting out the processer. | | | | | 07-09-07, 05:13 PM | #5 (permalink) | | Blackpool FC Supporter and 19th Member on the Site Join Date: Mar 2006 Location: Blackpool Posts: 2,291 Thanks: 122 Thanked 297 Times in 221 Posts Nominated 10 Times in 2 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | i don't think FM is optimised for Dual Core, but i could be wrong, better to ask on the sigames forums | | | | | 31-07-08, 08:52 PM | #6 (permalink) | | Decent Youngster Join Date: Jul 2008 Posts: 2 Thanks: 0 Thanked 0 Times in 0 Posts Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | how do i download stuff ??? | | | | | 31-07-08, 08:53 PM | #7 (permalink) | | Decent Youngster Join Date: Jul 2008 Posts: 2 Thanks: 0 Thanked 0 Times in 0 Posts Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | ??????????????? | | | | | 31-07-08, 09:29 PM | #8 (permalink) | | Blackpool FC Supporter and 19th Member on the Site Join Date: Mar 2006 Location: Blackpool Posts: 2,291 Thanks: 122 Thanked 297 Times in 221 Posts Nominated 10 Times in 2 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | wrong place to post, check out the download center | Lest We Forget Quote: Originally Posted by angelsaint i heard you have to be a newbieto be a mod sooooo.... here i am. | | | | 31-07-08, 09:35 PM | #9 (permalink) | | FMF Writer and V.I.P Join Date: Apr 2007 Location: Ballycastle,Northern Ireland Posts: 1,415 Thanks: 321 Thanked 319 Times in 304 Posts Nominated 2 Times in 2 Posts TOTW/F/M Award(s): 0 | This is posted in the wrong place!
