i was arsenal and vanden borre decided to pass back to the keeper, from the oppositions half, and he scored past my own keeper :| luckily we still won i didnt play him again after that lol |

I once lost 8-0 in a play-off final because I accidentally played my keeper at centre back and my centre back in the net. I didn't realise until the 80th minute. The opposition kept on shooting from 30 yards and scoring.

I was Everton, 89th minute, losing 2-1. My goalie (Stekelenburg) runs up for a corner, which gets cleared. Joseph Yobo on the half way line for some reason tried to pass it back to the goalie, who was in the opposition penalty area.
