Hey dude and dudettes,
this is my first post EVER so as your mother might have said be nice!! i've being playing cm for a while now, and still i always never know what to do with the future world class youngsters that are still developing! does anyone have any tips on making them reach there potential as fast as they can? is it best to loan them out or keep in reserves? i tend to have many quality players by the time the regens start appearing and can't fit them in as much as i'd like!!!
i hate to think i wasn't the type of manager that couldn't make them reach their potential!!
any help will be much appreciated

If they got much potential with good training schedules they just should raise attributes faster than others.
In my games I haven't noticed that my youngsters develop much better while on loan they just get some match practice, but here I might be wrong.
And when they're ready to play in first team just let them play and wait. What I usually do is bring the most gifted ones up to the first team for League Cup games and some easy FA Cup. I try to give them really good training sessions too. Take over the reserves for some games too and play some very young lads to give them experience and match practice. But my personal favourite if you don't need them, but them out on load to your best feeder. |

Cheers guys for you're help, except of course for the toff who need i say was only helpful in confirming that all blue noses can't see past 18 league titles to help out a fellow "manager"!
