The lack of good youth players - FMFormation.net - Football Manager

I think there are a lack of good youth players, for example if I am playing Man Utd and after one season the game creates youth players in the youth team and there is never a star player created..

There are loads of good youth players at the start of the game like Louis Castles, Michael Woods, ben sahar, soctt sinclair, Ben amos, Daniel Gallbraith, Chris eagles

Yes, but when I play the game for a few seasons the game doesnt create many English players through the youth Academy.. And eventually the England national team sucks! Like I played untill 2015 (I know a long time) :)
The game created many good foreigners but not 1 English superstar... The result a very average English side

Well I played in 2010 and England won the WC. They also came runner-up in Euro 2008. So it doesn't seem like they are getting worse in it. The side that won Euro 08 didn't have many youths, but in 2010, it was full of young lads I have never heard off. I bought one of them and he scored 30+ that season, regen obviously. I see your point but it varies.
