Reserve team selection question - FMFormation.net - Football Manager

I am currently managing Bayern and I assigned my assistant to Bayern II. I selected the use current match tactics option on the manager menu.

I also picked up the players who I want to play in the fixtures but my assistant keeps selecting young and weak players with less reputation who are in U19 squad. Bayern II is now about too relegate from RDS. Is there a way that I can force him to use the palyers I picked.

Take control of them is my only suggestion :)

I would if I could but in Germany you can not take control of your II team you can only control your u19 team.

I don't think much can be done about it mate, maybe sack you assistant manager and get a new one, make sure you don't get your Youth Coach doing it lmao, he will definatly put in more youngsters, take it from me. I tried to rotate it a bit, to see who was best, not the youth coach, none of the five I had worked lmao.
