just started up game and there is no japanese teams
anyone give any help

Something to do with licenses. Somewhere on the scene you can download a patch which deletes Chile and replaces it with Japanese league.

When you load a new game you need to 'click' on Load all players from 'Japan'
This will not give you the 'J-League' but will give you all the Japanese players thanks to the hard work of the FMF Scouting Crew

To make Japenese, German and Dutch nations viewable go to:

C:\Program Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2007\data\db\700\lnc\all\

then delete a file called fake.inc

This will also change Jens Musterman to Oliver Kahn

Hi, as a Newcastle fan I was disappointed that takeover bids by Polygon and Belgravia never came to fruition. I would love Newcastle to be taken over in my FM game but Freddy Shepherd loves the club and feels he will never leave.

Is their anyway I can change his settings in the editor to induce a takeover?

Go to this directory:
C:\Program Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2007\data\db\701\edt
(OR which ever Databaseyou are using!!!)

open the file: board_takeovers.edd in notepad and read
