:confused: Im new to football manager this is my 1st one. As everyone keeps telling me i am crap and i am well aware of this. I think where im going wrong is my tactics. Im currently in december this is my:

Cardenas is moving on the 1st Jan so he is in the bag. I am hoping to sell eddie johnson for £2million (Bought him for £1million) and with the funds buy Araujo and i dont have the slightest clue how i will get the funds for the others (I want to rebuild my defence)

Any help would be greeeaaatt.

GOt them tactics from here lol. Played them in the last errr 6 matches they worked once or twice. I dno what tactics to use tho. Ive tried 4-5-1 ,4-4-2, 5-4-1

Go to 4-4-2 you should get better results than your getting.

I suggest you should try a 4-4-2, those tactics just don't work with every team and they don't seem to be consistant with you, it takes time to find the right tactics. The arrows you have going all over the place don't make it easier. It may look like you put hours of thought into them but there very mixed up. Try and have a maximum of four arrows.

Try do something with your training to, get some physical sessions that aren't that intense. A schedule for each position eg. Goalie, Midfielder etc..
