i want to start a new carrer and dont no who to be.
chelsea is way to easy and i wont a challenge preflibly a decent championship side or league one were peopole will want to join any suggestions please post. alos what r good lower league players

hmmm I don't know good lower league players :noidea:
but i can tell you a nice team to manage in the Spanish league: Atletico Madrid :biggrin1: and it's not as easy as Chelsea you can be sure! :happy:

try starting as a conference north or south team and get to the premiership, that would be a real challenge
