Windowed mode

* make sure your screen resolution is at least 1024*768
* right click then on the FM link on your desktop
* then click properties
* in the target box write this "C:\Program Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2007\fm.exe" -windowed -small_screen
* apply the new settings
* start the game
* go the game options
* click the option to play in the windowed mode

* instead of 1280 and 800, you can use other numbers, as long as they correspond with the actual settings and exceed 1024*768 settings
* apply the new settings
* start the game
* go the game options
* click the option to play in the windowed mode

There are now two options for windowed mode, the second option is if some of the attributes get cut off the screen.

Fixing the 'grey' national teams, incorrect club names and Oliver Kahn.

*Go here: C:/Program Files/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2007/data/db/700/lnc/all

*And delete the following files:

- "fake.lnc"
- "france.lnc"

This will put the real German and Dutch players back in their respective national squads, it will also sort Olver Kahn's name out and add the nickname parts back to the names of the French clubs.

Become the club chairman

* You can edit this config file to give yourself the chance of becoming chairman of your favourite club. This should take the following format:

* CP_FIRST_NAME, CP_COMMON_NAME, CP_SECOND_NAME, CP_DATE_OF_BIRTH, CP_NATIONALITY, CP_FAVOURITE_TEAM, CP_NATION, CP_NUMBER, CP_STRING

* "BOARD_TAKEOVER" "Joe" "" "Bloggs" "01.01.1980" "England" "Ipswich" "England" "" "Media Corner Ltd"

* Don't worry about the CP_NUMBER field for now as this is not currently used.

* If you leave the favourite_team field blank, it will choose you a team in the specified FAVOURITE_NATION i.e. any club in England. If you specify a favourite team, it will not link you to any other teams.

* Simply copy and paste the line beginning "BOARD_TAKEOVER" "Joe"... below this sentence, remove the # sign from the start and fill in your own details. Then ensure that you have ticked the 'board_takeovers' box in Preferences within FM 2007.

* You must start a new game for these changes to take effect.

p.s.

This only allows you (or anyone, with the name of your choice) to come forward as part of a board takeover. Although it wouldn't actually mean you as a manager who could take over as chairman, but just in name only.

If you're thinking of doing it, it is also recommended that you fill in the company name.

Alt+F4: Quit Game

Control+Q: Quit Game

Alt+Enter: Switch between full screen and windowed mode (if system supports windowed mode)

Control+F: Switch between full screen and windowed mode (if system supports windowed mode)

Tab: Move to next control on screen that can take a keyboard focus.

Shift+Insert: Paste from clipboard.

Control+V: Paste from clipboard.

Control+Insert: Copy to clipboard

Control+C: Copy to clipboard

Shift+Delete: Cut (copy to clipboard, then delete)

Control+X: Cut (copy to clipboard, then delete)

Control+P: Print screen (if something on the screen is printable)

Control+A: Select all (only really applies to edit boxes)

Control+Z: Undo (edit boxes)

Control+Shift+Z: Redo (edit boxes)

Control+Y: Redo (edit boxes)

Control+S: Save game (to current name - will do a Save As if the game has not been saved yet)

Control+Shift+S: Save Game As.. (always asks for file name before saving)

Left Arrow: Go to previous screen in history

Backspace: Go to previous screen in history

Mouse Back Button: Go to previous screen in history

Shift+Mouse Wheel Backward: Go to previous screen in history

Right Arrow: Go to next screen in history

Mouse Next Button: Go to next screen in history

Shift+Mouse Wheel Forward: Go to next screen in history

Alt+F11: Content fullscreen (hides title bar, tree menu and footers) (different from the window fullscreen)

hi can some one help me out if they can please? i am trying to do screenies but been told its alt f9 then look in my docs/si/fm07/screenshots still dont work,also been told to press the print screen on keyboard + open paint?(i dont even get this) then crtl+v will paste then save and upload to image hosting site.All i get is 1 how do i like to print 1 printer,2 web page,3 text file..thats as far as i get,if someone could give me a in depth way of gettin round this problem it would be very..very appreciated.

Load up FM

Press print screen on your keyboard. (Should be next to you F12 Key)
Load up Paint
Click Edit and then paste
Save image as what ever u want
Close Paint

Open up internet page
Type in ImageShack® - Hosting
Click browse button and find your image
The wait for it to be uploaded and then copy the address u get when its uploaded
