Today i saw the target Steve Gibson set Gareth Southgate and thought it would be good on Football Manager. You have 5 years to get Middlesbrough back into European place and win a cup., but then on the 6th season break into the top 4 and by your 8th season win every cup you can enter in .. Premiership, League Cup, FA Cup, Community Shield, UEFA Cup, Champs League and Cup Winners Cup.
No extra finances, no fm genie scout allowed, Screenshots needed of your team transfers and league positions.
Pretty easy task but with a small budget proberbly with Boro can you get the hot youngsters and make them world beaters in 5 years ??
