You need to win every single trophy in Scotland, England, Northern Ireland and Wales. You CANNOT go the best team in the country, but you can go a team with media prediction 3rd - last. No editing, no cheating. You can sign players, sell players, loan in and out. You can have separate saved game if ye want.

Every single trophy? that would require you to start in the conference or lower league to win the FA Vase & Johnsons paint or w/e its called.
