Simple really start in leauge two with any club and get urself as a manager into the premiership. Should you wish move clubs you may only take the reigns at a recently relegated club. E.G - you are manager of wycombe and you fail to gain promation but Millwall have been relagated into your division and you figure you have a better chance of promotion at millwall' You may also use this method with a relegated club from a higher division however that depends if they want you.
