hi im new to this forum.
I was bored with fm 07 and wanted a chanllenge
As i support arsenal i started this one yesterday, it aint that hard. Sold all foreign players in the first season.
In january 2nd in the league and still in all competetions. No chaeting.
But i do have the new patch, is that allowed?

I post the screenshots up and the end of the first season.

I've started this challenge, and I'm approaching the end of my first season.

It's about half and half at the minute, foreigners and British players, but I'm 20pts clear of 2nd placed Everton, with about 9 games to go. I'm through to the semi finals of the FA Cup (playing Watford (20th in EPL)) and I'm into quarter finals of the Champions League.

A very easy first season, and I cannot understand why Arsenal always seem to struggle in their first season on the game. By far the best squad in the Premiership in this game.

My British signings include: Micah Richards (£11), Peter Crouch (£7M), Jimmy Bullard (£2.5M), Charlie Adam (£1M), Gary Caldwell (£2M), Greg Halford (£500k) Stephen Warnock (£2.5M), Wayne Bridge (£2M) and Chris Riggot (£1.7M).


I've still got to get rid of Fabregas, Henry, Adebayor, Van Persie, Hleb, Rosicky, Gallas, Silva and Lehmann. Just deciding how to go about it, whether to transfer list them, offer them to clubs or just wait for a transfer bid and hope for a very good fee for them all.

i'd transfer list them all in the summer, because remember you cant use them in the 2nd season :P
