The challenge is to be pompey and finish get in europe by ennd of season.
U can only use current transfer budget( shudn't b a prob coz they have 20 mill) u can buy, sell, loan out and loan in. u can use fm scout but no editing.
I am doin it so gud look to those who do it!!!
