in my opinion it is a option before a match in a "other team instructions" (i'm not sure in english 'cause i'm playing polish version) and these are instructions to your players to force other player to play his right, left or weaker foot. It can be usefull when side players have only one preffered foot.

yo dude it means (if your a defender) you show the attacker onto his weaker foot! I.E if he is right footed you make sure he goes to his left hand side and vice versa
